At Vane House, we offer visitors a high standard of bed and breakfast accommodation, right at the heart of the charming, picturesque village of Osmotherley, on the edge of the North York Moors National Park

Osmotherley has long been a popular holiday destination. In summer the village is home to a bustling mix of holiday makers, walkers and cyclists, lying on both the Cleveland Way & Lyke Wake Walks, with Wainwrights Coast to Coast path passing close by. The Sustrans White Rose cycle route also runs through the village.

In winter, a much more relaxed pace of life descends on the village. Visitors come to enjoy the high quality restaurants and welcoming real ale pubs which cluster around the centre of the village, just a minutes walk from Vane House.

Vane House is an excellent base for exploring the countryside of North Yorkshire and North East England. It is set in one of the most popular villages within the North York Moors National Park and you will find a wide variety of local attractions to suit all the family within easy reach.
