Vane House itself is a delightful stone property, very close to the cross at the centre of the village. We have five twin rooms and a double room available for bed and breakfast accommodation throughout the year. All of our rooms are en-suite with showers. Colour TV's, tea and coffee making facilities and hair driers are provided in each room.

A family room and ground floor room suitable for disabled guests are also available.

After a comfortable night in one of our well appointed rooms, enjoy breakfast in our
pleasant dining room. A choice of Continental or full English Breakfast is provided, including a vegetarian selection.

We are happy to provide you with a packed lunch to help you get the most out of your day exploring the local area.

A wide variety of lunch and evening meals are available locally, to suit all budgets. There are three excellent pubs serving meals within a few metres of Vane House. For more details, see our Eating Out section.

We provide secure cycle sheds for the use of guests, making Vane House particularly attractive to those following the Sustrans White Rose cycle route. Drying facilities are available for walking and cycling clothing and footwear, ensuring a comfortable start to the next leg of your journey.

We pride ourselves on the high standard of the accommodation that we provide and have recently been awarded a Three Diamond rating by the English Tourism Council.

For the comfort of our guests, all of our rooms are no-smoking areas. Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
